Like Kay Starr, Page came out of the red earth of Oklahoma and had little difficulty establishing herself in the frenetic world of pop music. Her accompaniment on this, her debut on the Hindsight label, is by pianist Lou Stein and his small but extremely musical band and the songs are all dear to Patti's heart - Good evergreens.
